Your laundry will be delivered the next day. 

We operate delivery routes in Oglethorpe, Clarke, Oconee & Madison Counties. 

There is no extra fee for pickup and delivery! Regular Wash and Fold is $1.69 per pound for recurring orders and $1.79 per pound for as-needed orders. 

We have a $10 minimum order.

No, most customers are not home during their pick up or delivery! You can leave your laundry in a secure location such as outside your front or back door. You can leave instructions for the driver if needed. 

Simply bag your dirty laundry in trash bags and tie them shut. Do not worry about labeling these, our driver will handle it. You will receive a Crawford Laundry bag with your clean laundry to use for future orders! 

Simply click the "Schedule a Pickup" button, create an account, and place your order for weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed services.

No, there's no contract! You can pause or cancel your service at any time.

Your credit card will be charged when we close out the order and prepare it for delivery.

Our driver will pick up your laundry during your scheduled window and deliver it the next day, clean and folded. You will receive text notifications throughout the process.

We will hang them on your wreath hanger, door knob, rocking chair, or drape them over your folded clothes.

We get it, life happens. There is a $10 missed pick up fee, but you can reschedule for the following day through your online account.

We use premium detergents, with scented and free & clear options available.  We offer detergent brands All, Tide, Gain, Molly’s Sud’s, Kirkland, and Member’s Mark. You can choose to add bleach, oxyclean, fabric softener, and vinegar. You can also select between dryer sheets and wool dryer balls.

Absolutely! Please include instructions in your order notes & preferences.

We will replace the item or provide store credit for the value of the item.

Yes, stains are treated upon request with an additional charge per item. Please place them in a separate bag with instructions. We do not guarantee stain removal, however we will do everything within our power to get it out.

We recommend unbagging your items as soon as possible, especially for duvets and down comforters.

No, we keep your laundry separate from others!

Yes! We clean and disinfect the machines daily. 

No, leave the sorting to us!

Of course you can! Clients that prefer to keep their undergarments discreet may send them inside a mesh laundry bag - we wash, dry & return the undergarments in your mesh bag. These items will never be taken out of the bag unless instructed to do so.

Absolutely! Please bag these separately with special instructions. You can include a mesh bag or get one from us for $5. 

We routinely hang collared shirts, blouses, dresses, hooded sweatshirts, and slacks/dress pants.

Our small business specializes in laundering rugs that are labeled as machine washable. We kindly request that all rugs brought in for wash & fold cleaning must have tags indicating they are machine washable. See below for specialty rug care for all other rugs.

OTHER RUG LAUNDERING SERVICE

Wool & natural rugs, rigged rugs, rubber back rugs, etc. will be handled by our partners & professional rug cleaners with the following prices.  Please note that these type of rugs will have a 7 business day turn around time.

All of these type of rugs can be cleaned for $2.50 / Square Foot of the rug, and $3.50 / Square Foot if it has been soiled with animal urine.

No, we do not offer ironing services.

Contaminated Items
We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to our employees and/or the items of other customers. These include items that have been contaminated with: 

• Bodily fluids from a humans or pets
• Excessive pet hair
• Tar
• Mildew
• Bedbugs
• Poison ivy or poison oak oils
• Hazardous chemical residue

Specialty care clothing Items
These clothing items require specialty care that falls outside of our area of expertise: 

• Vintage clothes (in some cases)
• Hats/Headwear
• Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats)
• Purses/handbags
• Leather 

Wash and fold service is available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM for in-store drop-off and pick-up.

Next day orders are ready for pickup the next day, while same day orders can be picked up before 6 PM if they are dropped off before 12pm.
